Hi All..

I'v been quietly lurking and reading the posts here and on the other dodge, m37 and milveh forums where I have gained alot of information as well as a great appreciation for the people who collect and restore these vehicles.. a true labor of love. I have become a member of the MVPA, subscribed to Military Vehicles/Army Motors and most very recently to Power Wagon Advertiser, but have as yet not recieved a copy or back issues I ordered... (was also considering a very well restored M37 in 'civvie' colors..)

In any event, I have decided to find and purchase a suitable Dodge Power Wagon for my Computer Company of 12 years, to be used for local driving here in Manassas, Virginia in delivering to clients our hand-crafted custom-built quality personal computers, other general hw/sw and for on-site Network "field calls" to our clients. I can't think of a better more appropriate and synergistic vehicle to have my company's name on!

Towards this end I will be looking for a restored, street-legal, clear-titled PW that can pass Virginia Inspection. Absolute adherence to 'original specs' not a requirement, and in some cases not desired! (eg; electric wipers vs. original vacuum types; synchronized transmission vs. earlier ones; a more beefed up engine/trans and poss diff gears for better mpg/mph improvement, etc etc)..

Obviously a PW here in VA/MD/DC would be ideal, WV/NC/PA also good, but would consider further out for the right vehicle and price; but delivery and making a long distance deal sight unseen is not something I'm looking to do.

So.. if any of you know of anyone looking to part with their PW please feel free to pass on my email addy. A ready, willing and able buyer looking to give a good home to a helluva good Flatfender.

Thanking you all in advance... And also, thank you for the education over the last few months!

Regards,

Michael N.
