You are exactly right. Its starting to be this way all over the place. My mom lives in Dallas and you cant have a trailer int he front yard. If you park on the side of the garage youhave to have the tires on concrete blocks. When I went to Beorne Texas for the Dodge Charger Meet I towed my car and stopped there for 2 days. We backed my truck and trailer in and to the side of the house. They were worried about getting a ticket for the whole 2 days I stayed there because my trailers one side had missed the concrete blocks and was sitting on the dirt.
