From what I've read over at the pickuptruck.com Dodge forum, the torque converter is the likely problem.
You might want to post this question over at that sight. Some very knowledgable people there on these newer Dodges. Or you could go to that site(in the forum) and do a search on the problem and read previous posts about that. They also have a transmission forum that should have good info in it too.
