First of all, get into the vehicle code and learn it, know it, live it. For instance, if a vehicle is defined as having an engine and wheels, take the engine and wheels out, and put some plants on it and call it art. Talk with the DMV people to see how the system works. Can you decommission a car into spare parts? you get the idea. There IS a way around this, there always is.
A fellow I knew was ticketed for parking his RV at his house. He showed up with pictures showing his local Assemblyman with his RV parked at his house with the backend going accross the sidewalk and out into the street. Charges dropped.
Find examples of government and representatives in violation of these proposed laws.
Get a copy of the law from your local representative and let them know what you think about it. Letters DO matter. These polititans can be counted on to do anything to line their pockets or get re-elected.
Let them know your friends and neighbors are upset with this assault on individual freedom.
The price of Freedom is eternal vigulance.
