Thank you for the tip. We've been tracking this rascal for years now but can't 'close the deal'. One of our operatives THOUGHT they saw the WC11T-3 in Ouray while reviewing some satellite photos of the area just last week. Upon closer inspection of the recon photos, this was NOT the WC11T-3, the truck that was spotted had an Ouray license plate on the front and EVERYONE knows that this elusive bugger has an Aspen plate. The truck was identical in every other way.
If you DO see this truck DO NOT APROACH THE DRIVER. Get to a phone and call your local MIB office immediately. Please keep in mind that if you have spotted the truck, and it can be proven, we will have to use that flashy memory eraser thing.
