OutStanding! I will convince a bunch of PW guys to go with me or meet me at the swapmeet (Mike... you listening). I drive my old Camaro with everyone buckled in nicely. I park and sell the Camaro in the morning at the swapmeet($2500). A miracle occurs and the original F1 cab & chassis shows up for sale at the swapmeet, and I now have enough $$ to pay you ($1000) & get the mysterious cab & chassis ($1500). We unload the "BED" from your trailer and mount it on the F1 with the guys I brought in the Camaro, bolt it in and hit the swapmeet. Maybe even grab a sandwich(dutch). There I get some additional seatbelts ($50) and take the For Sale sign that was in the Camaro and place it in the F1 ($2550), I'll have a sharpie just for the occasion. I am sure the F1 would sell that afternoon... because!, and while I am finishing my walk-through at the swapmeet I can take the "buy" call on my cell phone... return to the F1, ink the deal, and walk away with the cash ($2550) headed back to the swapmeet. There I would drop my load on totally useless & unnecessary stuff just as I have done countless times before... for all of my half finished hair-brained projects. I will have satisfied the "BED" auction, my I can't sell my Camaro problem, the guy with the missing bed F1 problem, and made a lot of "little" swapmeet guys happier for coming and selling their junk. Now, this plan can only be executed if::: Mike definately shows up on Saturday, and can give us all a ride back to San Mateo with my load of treasures! So you see Mike... there's a lot hedging on you being there, the pressure's on. Without you... no bed, no F1, No Camaro, no swapmeet parts, just a bunch of PW NUTS at a swapmeet having a cup of coffee (I'm still buying), meeting each other for the first time!
