Flatfender Wiring Harness

I called Rhode Island Wiring today, and they said they have a wiring harness for a '53 flatfender Power Wagon. Is the wiring in a '53 the same as in a '49 (which is what I have)?

I like Rhode Island Wiring Service because they seem to offer a really good product, based on what I've read in their advertisements.
