yes, it is a 1969-1971 W300 frame, 8 lug Dana 70 front axle with the steering knuckles swapped side to side, so the steering link is now in front of the axle instead of trailing it. This was likely done if the old parts were worn out and no stock replacements could be found.

Straight frame rails. D200 body swapped on, gap behind cab at bed front is due to longer W300 wheelbase.

Look at the cab photo and you can see an aftermarket shifter boot covers where the hole for the D200 steering column is. They had to cut a new hole to match to the W300 steering box at a different angle.
