I have been doing research on the best turbo upgrade for my 4bt power wagon. Im getting 50hp injectors and a 3200 rpm governor spring. Does anyone know what model of turbo would be the best upgrade? Something that will keep up with the increased fuel rate so that I'm not blowing smoke everywhere i go. Thats the main reason i want to upgrade the turbo. Keep in mind that the bottom end hasn't been beefed up so it needs to not exceed the 4bt factory limitations. I put this post on the cummins forum also and I'm waiting to hear back.
P.S. i know a few of you are going to tell me that what I'm doing is reckless and that i have no business putting that much horse power in a power wagon however i don't tell the few of y'all how to re-power your trucks so if you don't agree with my choice to increase the horsepower please don't write hateful messages.
