I have had okay luck ordering from China, but it can definitely be slow. Be sure to get a tracking number and see that it has at least been shipped. If it's been 30 days and it doesn't show as "shipped", and the guy's asking you to be patient, something is wrong. They should get it in the mail within a few days just like we do here.

I don't know if you're ordering LED replacements for standard brake and marker bulbs, but if so, they are probably not DOT approved. I ran into this trying to import LED versions of the 1251s and 1683s that I sell on ebay. There is apparently only one outfit that has gotten LED equivalents approved by the DOT, and since they have a monopoly, they charge way too much for them. You can buy Chinese bulbs that will work just fine, but on a commercial vehicle subject to DOT inspection, that could get you in trouble.
