It looks like a truck, but given the location, I suspect the body is rusted out beyond saving. For that money, I'd rather have a good body and a bad engine than even a running engine and a rusted-out body. It's probably in about the same condition as the 1952 Reo M35 I got out of the woods near Tulalip -- not one piece of sheet metal that was any good at all, and even the frame, axles, and gearboxes were a mass of rust except where there was plenty of oil on them. But it did run and I only gave $500 for it.
