Skim those with bondo and sand out. Followed by high build sanding primer and sanding.
The reason for high build sanding primer is to feather out the edge of a patch. You can never fully feather out the bondo in a patch. You can come close, but when you use high build sanding prime it allows you to fully feather out and hide small inpefections.
