That bottom trim piece was only used on the long wheelbase cars (148.5 inches) and is almost impossible to find. Ours is white with tan interior, and we've added power steering, modern a/c and a few other touches, but the powertrain is all original. These cars are wonderful to drive -- they just float along at 75 miles per hour.
I'd really suggest using the wide-white 7.50 -16 radials instead of bias-ply tires. The radials improve handling and are much less likely to fail. And now you can get them in a 4" wide whitewall which looks just about identical to the bias-ply tires...
