if you have some sticky rings might take hundreds of miles to free them up. it only take one stick ring to cause smoke. or could have cracked ring as well. it could suck oil through guides if they are really worn out. could do a quick inframe rebuild? rings, guides, bearings, rent a valve seat grinder, have valves faced? or since it runs smooth and has good comp run it as is ??
