Trucks a little hard to drive right now the way it is. Would it be bad to raise the RPMs to say 1500+ RPMs for a hour or so? It has never got up to operating temps above 125-130 degs so far running. If I blocked off the radiator some it should come up more. I have run about 5 gals so far thru it at high idle.
