Well I have two devices that I want to operate the same relay, but one sinks to ground and the other provides +12V, so I need a compact way to switch the ground to +12 that takes up less space and is cleaner then wiring up two 30A relays to do the same job, or one 30A relay (or even a mini 10A relay) to switch the other relay.

A MOSFET seems like it might be that way, also found some 0.5A reed relays that might work too. They should only need to handle a few 100 mA at most.
