if you were a good uncle, you would have advised her against a Subaru! there is nothing good that is free. I know people that have mercedes that rave about the top end service they get at the dealer - wifi, free coffee, shoe shines, etc. what they don't tell you is that they have priced all the freebees including the free service into the price of the car. they give you one free service every 10k, essentially doubling the oil change interval. works for them, works for you, because you likely lease it and then dump on someone buying a five star certified mercedes. the second owner gets to pay for the neglect of the first owner.
