I've been trying to figure out the purpose brackets that are mounted on the cowl, above the lights? Possibly for cable or chain. Also looks like there are mounts on the bumper for an 'A' frame. I can't imagine that the cowl brackets are for that, unless they go through the cowl down to the chassis. Any thoughts?
