What I can't figure out is how he stretched the radiator cowl, yet the front edge of the fenders line up close to where they should. Did he stretch the fenders too? If so, I can't tell how.
I assumed it was a 4 door cab until someone mentioned otherwise. 3 or 4 doors seems more practical. Overall I think he did an excellent job modifying the sheet metal. Different wheels and tires would help a lot, but that's an easy fix. Little things make a bid difference.
