I agree with Eric that it is 41-47.
My 40 COE has no cowl lamps, but has the marker lights are on top of the headlights like the 40 pick ups.
The access doors on the nose are a bit of a year indicator. I cannot see one in the picture, and my 1940 has none, so maybe this is a 41? The doors were added to later models to make it easier to check oil, etc.
