Craigslist would be my first choice. As a matter of fact, I just recently sold an older Rockwell for $220. That was a nice heavy machine, like all old equipment built to last forever. The only thing I wasn't happy with was the fact, that it did not take Morse tapered drill bits. My Taiwanese unit (from HarborFreight) accepts MT2, and so far holds up pretty well. Of course, larger holes I make on the milling machine, but I've done bunch of 1" holes on the drill press, and it wasn't too bad.
