Bob, as you know GM had several different cooling system packages with different widths and number of cores.
I did have some issues with bare bone ones with no A/C & std shift.
A/C models or any with the HD package "usually" were OK.
Get them boys of yours to put the plow in the bed and unload it when you get to your destination :-)
