I found a few of them decades ago in a very old auto parts store in Pueblo, Colo. called Big 4 Auto Parts, run by Itzy. The rest I purchased at local auto swap meets and on eBay over the next few years. I haven't looked for any additional ones for ages, but I imagine some still come up for sale now and then.
Mine have amber glass lens for use as front marker lights. Some came with red lens for use as rear marker lights. The lens are interchangeable and aftermarket replacement glass lens were also made by other companies, such as Arrow. All my marker lights have a slight arch in their base plate, which matches the slope of the cab roof. I really like the stepped back design of the glass lens, very architectural and Thirites Moderne! :)
