my guess is they are there for reason

truck came that way and is testamount to how much they can really carry

previous owner said it came from a highway construction co. that had an asphalt tank on it, makes sense as their is asphalt all over the rear of the frame

so your bolts are broken off in the housing of said trunion--i don t know what is on the inside but my guess is it is a just a cap to keep the grease in but i have been wrong before

someone has to have an exploded view of the bogie and both you and i need to get manuals
