Got to be careful how you go about it.
(1) get her lawyer to state that they think that it is a fair value of the truck.
(2) If the Judge accepts that then when it comes to the negotiations it should be possible that it ends up on her side of the spilt.
(3) lawyers are not dumb, if she has a good one they will drop the value in an effort to keep her from having to deal with it.
