Thanks, I know I have one here but it is packed in grease and snow/ice. Looks like a small bolt is gone and a bent one from the chains. Not sure if this is just a round flat plate with holes?? I am sure there is a big pin and bronze bushing behind it some where just no pictures or manuals.
