Front Fender Damage - Can I Fix This?

This is some of the damage I have to fix on the driver's fender. Someone tried to rough out the damage and made a pretty good mess of it. The reinforcing wire in the fender was bent in the accident. I'm not sure I can bend it back. Would I be wiser taking this to a real body man and letting him do this?
