I went round and round with Ebay on this and they said it was for sellers doing as you state. I said fine, If it isn't about just getting more fees, kick off, fine sellers who do that. They said it's just their policy and couldn't do that. Why? Because it's about generating more income for them.
They told me to just add the fees in the listing opening price and I said fine I'll say that in the listing. She said if I did they would remove my listing. enough said? I try to do actual shipping with no handling fees. Why do I get even more penalized for what others do. Doesn't sit well with me.
