one thing to consider about M37 beds is they are not 48 plus inches between he wheel wells. I find that annoying when it comes to loading pallets, plywood, sheetrock etc. basically you cant load those things between. If you mount it on a 1/2 ton then you can easily modify the inner fenders to 49 or so then problem solved
