Need 1957 W100 W200 dealer paperwork dates

Guys,

I'm trying to narrow down the start of 1957 W100 and W200 production and it would really help to find some Owner Service Certificates or other sales data from actual trucks. So far I have Owner Service Certificates from two 1957 W100 TWs and both sold in 1958 which doesn't help much.

Any other data on the start of production for the 1957 W100 or W200 would be helpful.
