that with better metal and a thicker shaft i can come up with a stronger stock spline axle

the unsplined shaft on the stock axle is way thinner than the spline and can be thicker

my thinking is the thinner section flexs so much it causes the hardened(brittle) spline to snap--if the unsplined part of the shapt is thicker and stronger than the stock maybe it will not break at the spline

as i have said before my front inner axle shaft in the full length of the shaft is way thicker than the comparable area of the rear shaft
