its the coarse spline that is the weak point. maybe look into the dana 60 side gear that supposedly fits in the stock PW diff. then you could have 1 3/8 fine spline axles made with a hat outer or splined custom flanges or locking hubs. the dana 60 HD and 70U runs a 1 3/8" fine spline if I recall
