Both Parker-Chelsea and Muncie made PTOs for the NV4500. The problem is that that transmission hasn't been in production for a long time now and it's getting harder to find the right input gears for the PTO. The Dodge/Late Chevy versions should be easier as they were more plentiful then the early Chevy version.

As for which PTO specifically, there are a few models depending on what output speed/power you need and if you want it to be reversible. The 352 series from Chelsea for instance is their reversible shaft output PTO, don't remember the Muncie model.

The other option is to do like Ray mentioned and use a version of the NP205 transfer case behind the NV4500 which has it's own PTO port and run off of that. Not sure what the availability of those parts are.

I have a 352 series PTO case set up for a different gearbox at home, but can't find the right input gear for it (I have the early Chevy NV4500 which uses a different input gear from the later Dodge/Chevy version). Chelsea shows it as obsolete and no one I've called has an old one on the shelf. I found a different PTO (non-reversible) for that transmission but the input gear won't swap from it to the 352.
