I'm Heading to Borger in a week for a job at P66, should be there for 3-4 months or longer depending what they find when they open the Cat Reactor, and the Coker Drums. The Truck; not much to it, new muffler with tailpipe out behind rear tire (for safety on parades), Two period hose Reels and two Barton Super Fogger booster Nozzles, removed all chrome items and in progress of replacing all with fresh chrome on original scratched, patina paint.
Was at Old BP site now Marathon in TC over winter, Mt. Belvue at P66 in spring, Sweeny at P66 this summer, then to Exxon in Baytown till Christmas, now to the Panhandle, been busy. At Exxon on the BOP side they lost a man one day, He was complacent, standing in the swing radius of the crane next to concrete blocks, not paying attention, as the crane rotated he was caught and torn in two diagonally through the torso. Glad it wasn't one of my men, I don't like meeting their wives that way when I go to their house to give the news.
Converted my 5th wheel RV to a Gooseneck with air ride on trailer neck, pulls so smooth barely feel any jarring . Getting plywood together to put around as skirt keep wind from blowing under trailer and freezing water lines, 9 degrees last night in Borger, should be clear of freezing nights in month or two.
My new neighbors are from Porto Rico (Port of Riches) they are asking me what town you are near.
