I have 1958 FFPW and needed to move two 24 ft Trusses 400 ft. They weighed in at 400 pounds. They were 5 ft tall in the center. My wife suggested putting four 2x4s in the bed of the truck bringing the winch cable over the cab to the top of were the four 2x4s meet when leaned togther. I have a snatch block I placed between the 2x4s and ran the cable down to the bed to lift the trusses up from there. I lifed them off the building and then up to remount on the building that way. It worked so well, I think the 2x4s were 12 ft long. Then with a guide we drove it the 400 ft thru the yard, watchin out for the pine trees. The cable did ride on the top of the cab but I tied a towel around the cable as it rested on the cab. You could do the same but the two legs at the back of the bed could be shorter. Food for thought. Good Luck
