An I beam over the cab, pully to guide the cable on the front end. Trolly with TWO pullys, cable going through the front one, down to the block w/hook, up again through the back pully on the trolly, then cable hook to the back end of the I beam.
In use, roll trolly to the back end, winch load up, then when rolling trolley forward the loop in the cable will spool along while trolly moves. You probably want something like a rack & gear system to control the trolly. Or cheaper, some kind of hand winch with turns of cable, like a windlass. And the trolly needs rollers too.
I beam probably needs to be 14 feet long, to go over cab in front, and also off the back end.
