I don't see that as a "drop everything and run out and buy it" price.
It's from Michigan, has rust, has been modified and needs an engine rebuild. It has no seat and looks like it has been in snow plow service, a big warning sign.
Many of us have probably already done the money pit thing and would sooner pay more for a truck without rust that is in running condition.
