The cowl vent was used on all 1946-1968 WDX to WM300 Power Wagons including chassis cowl trucks like buses and boyertown ambulances. If there is a PW without a cowl vent I haven't seen it yet.

The wing vent window requires a change in the door stamping and that change happened in mid 1946 so all the trucks before that change had single pane windows and all the trucks after that could have been ordered with vent windows. The window track and regulator for the single pane window is different before and after the door stamping change.
