... and "serious interest only". And yet he can't post an asking price or include more than one photo? Seems like a pretty non-serious seller to me. He's either going to get a lot of people "wasting" his time by asking him what he wants for it and wanting to come look at it, or the serious buyers aren't going to waste their own time on it.
