The lowest numbered(more freeway friendly) ratio R&P set you could order for the "EU" model Route Van which had the 9&5/8 third member was 4.89. This was up through the 1953 model year. Perhaps in later model years you could order a 4.3 R&P set, but I highly doubt it. John Zentmeyers book only lists the 5.83 and 4.89 as being available in the Route Van series of vehicles.
