They all have a lot of reworked GAZ and ZIL parts in them. Cubanos are very emotionally attached to their American iron and don't sell unless they have to.
I know some musicians that were there and discussed the subject at length with the locals. I don't think anybody will be making a killing on Cuban cars. It may turn out that we will have a whole new source for hand worked metal parts. Some of those guys do amazing work with very little.
I would imagine that some of the plantation vehicles survived perhaps a PW or two.
