Everybody on the radio is talking about the cigars, but yeah, somebody with connections and cash could go down there and load a big barge with great old American vehicles and then park it somewhere until the embargo is totally lifted. Maybe take a load of late-model economy cars in for trading stock. There was a time when Cubans were converting old trucks into boats and trying to get them to Florida. The Coast Guard, as I recall, would "rescue" the occupants and then sink the truck.
