The shifter fork bracket is held on by two 1/4-20 x 3/4 bolts. In all likelihood, removing the broken off studs will be the easiest repair you will do on your truck. Think about it, those bolts have been sitting in oil since the day the winch was made. To remove them, inspect them carefully. If there is a small shard of metal protruding, get a small punch and small hammer and try unscrewing the stud with light tapping in a counter-clockwise direction. If you can get a grip on them they will probably spin right out. If you cannot get a grip, then center punch a small divot. Be gentle. Then, using a left twist drill bit, start drilling. Again, in all likelihood, the studs will unscrew immediately. Good luck!
