Your best bet may be to fabricate a bumper that isolates the winch so you don't need to remount it.
The mounting for the OEM Warn winch is unique. One of the first differences is that the body of the winch pulls against the frame and the mounting bolts merely serve to hold it in place. The usual mounting of an after market winch requires that the mounting bolts transmit the winch load to the frame in "shear" instead of "tension".
If you want to remount the winch, you might need to fabricate a winch mount to transmit the Power Wagon winch load to the frame. You might even need to replace the OEM winch with an after market winch to make the conversion easier.
For winching from the rear I have a receiver mount for the winch that I use for rear pulls and for temporary mounting on my trailer.
