The frame has been butchered where the winch is mounted. The cab seam is rotted etc etc. Good luck in selling it for that price. Parts only vehicle in my opinion. Then again, with enough time and $, I guess it could be restored. Most likely was a T-207 WC4. Sure is a shame to see the way these old military Dodges were abused by their civilian owners.
