Hey Chris, I can't move the shaft over enough without inducing a lot of stress on the shaft. There weren't any "shims" on the original bolts.
I get what you're saying, I'd love to call it good and move on, but I don't want this to turn into a safety issue. It worries me that it lined up before but doesn't now.
So, I'm just trying to figure out what happened? I can't see what could make the dash be over close to 2 inches with everything else being lined up? Although I can't see anything wrong with the box, I will take it apart again to see if I missed something.
