Thanks, I think I have the cab leveled out just about right (I've experimented both higher and lower with no real gains). The hinges are at their max travel now. One or both of the hinges need to bend to make up the difference.
I'm not sure I have enough room in the front of the door to make up all the difference at the back and bottom?
Unfortunately, I can't reliably check the frame for square because the truck is on a hill. I have no way to move it yet. However, it was fine before I started cleaning, blasting, etc. Also, I did the blasting with it on the tires with the full drive train intact.
Unfortunately, this is the epitome of a shade tree bubba resto-mod. :)
