You may have an issue with your springs (sagging or broken leaf)causing a twist in the frame. Suggestion: Move the truck onto a flat concrete surface block it up remove the tires measure the frame at factory points (rivets, bolt holes etc.)one on each side in the front and back and 4 spots at the center drop. Make sure the cab is loose (unbolted). Your dimensions need to be the same side to side. Now take 3 diagonal measurement if possible, 1 at front 1 middle one rear. Should be within 1/8 inch. If all is well your frame looks fine. If not it's twisted. Now see how the cab looks on the frame from the back, is it level? Measure to different points on the cab from the ground at all 4 corners. Check for column alignment. If it comes into alignment then hang doors to see if they are in alignment, if so tighten down cab bolts a little at a time to keep things even. If that fails you may very well have a warped floor you will have to shim one side or the other. Good luck hope this helps to locate the problem.
