Your cab is about 3 inches to low. What year truck? If it uses the rubber insulators all around the upper insulators need to be about 2 inches thick in front and 1-3/4 in the rear for the trans cover to clear the trans top. The 2nd picture shows the firewall almost resting on the bell housing. You should have about 2-3/4 inches clearance. Once you get the cab up where it should be, the column will line up.
