bill, as you noticed this truck has keyless ignition/alarm with a push button start. with the style pushbutton system used first push is acc only, second push sends output to energize complete electrical system, third push sends output to starter (.7 seconds) if clutch is pushed in. if the clutch isn't pushed in it cycles to off. a 1.5 second starter cycle can be initiated by holding the button in on the third click. so far the truck has seen about 30 degrees and starts very well. its home is in texas and I don't see cold being an issue for this truck. no intake pre-heater
